Where case materials go and how the firm keeps control
Infrastructure
For family-law practice what matters is not a list of technologies, but a clear answer: where documents are stored, who can access them, and when case content may be processed outside the firm. Below is the information that matters when assessing AdActa™ as a working tool.
Access to the service
AdActa™ runs in the browser at go.adacta.digital. It does not require software to be installed at the firm. The connection is encrypted.
Documents and the firm's space
Case materials — files, metadata and account configuration — stay in the space assigned to that firm. Firms do not share each other's data in the application model.
Storage location (EEA)
The entire service is hosted on servers in the European Economic Area — exclusively in Poland, with a European hosting provider. Details of data recipients and any transfers are in the Privacy policy.
Preparing documents for work
After upload, AdActa™ prepares materials for further work in the system: it recognises text from scans (including Polish-language documents) and brings files into a form that can be analysed and organised in the matter.
When AI processing is used
Language-model features run in the context of a specific matter — according to the product configuration. AI processing can be limited or turned off for selected documents. Matter content is not used to train or improve global models at external providers. Control and transfer details are on the Security page and in the Privacy policy.
Continuity of service
The service runs on the cloud infrastructure of CloudFerro. We use protective measures and backups to keep the service available for as long as possible.
